Responsibilities:

1. Designing and implementing a trading platform that includes collecting quotes and trades and disseminating orders to global exchanges.
2. Optimizing this platform using network and systems programming and other advanced techniques to ensure high efficiency and reliability.
3. Building and enhancing automated risk controls, risk monitoring solutions, and real-time reconciliation systems.
4. Developing systems that provide seamless access to historical market data and robust trading simulations.
5. Contributing to the evolution of the Core Engineering team by mentoring, conducting interviews, and participating in recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science.
2. 5+ years of experience with data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming, preferably in .Net.
3. Strong understanding of both Windows and Linux environments.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
5. Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. French proficiency is a plus.
6. The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
7. Experience with additional development languages, such as Python or shell scripting, is a plus.
8. Passionate about building robust and resilient in-house trading systems.
